$48.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC – within ~30 miles)

Schedule: 3 days/week in office

Travel: Some site travel required; personal vehicle use with mileage reimbursement

Overview:

n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager I (Enablement) to support the activation of IVVC functionality. This role will assist the lead Enablement PM in scheduling, tracking, and reporting program progress, while also facilitating stakeholder updates and team coordination.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Support the lead Enablement PM in managing IVVC activation efforts
n
- Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables
n
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to key stakeholders
n
- Facilitate regular update meetings with cross-functional teams
n




- Maintain documentation and ensure project alignment with goals
n
- Collaborate with broader project teams to ensure successful execution
n

n

Must Haves

n

n
- Minimum 2–3 years of project-related experience
n
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
n
- Must reside within ~30 miles of Charlotte, NC
n

n

Plusses

n

n
- Experience with JIRA preferred
n
- PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM), CMII certificates, or PE license a plus
n
- Experience in the utility industry or construction management
n
- Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control practices
n
- Technical certifications or training relevant to the utility sector
