As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support daily restaurant management, lead the team through busy service periods, drive crew training, improve guest experience and manage inventory and financials.

Responsibilities

- Lead the team through high‐volume, busy service periods.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.
n
- Train and develop crew performance.
n
- Support inventory control and financial management (P&L;).
n
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
n

Qualifications

- Experience leading a team in a high‐volume hospitality environment.
n
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Experience managing restaurant financials (P&L;).
n
- RSA certification.
n
