An exciting opportunity has opened to join our National Retail team at TP-Link Australia. This is an on-site role in Sydney located at Rydalmere or remotely based in Melbourne with interstate travels required.

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially focused Account Manager who can build strong retail partnerships, identify opportunities and turn strategy into execution.

Role Description

This is a highly visible role working across some of Australia’s leading national retailers and some of the fastest-growing categories in consumer technology, including home networking, smart home and connected devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:





- Developing strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners
- Delivering revenue, profitability and market-share growth
- Building and executing account, ranging and promotional plans
- Identifying new category and business development opportunities
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Field Sales
- Using data and insights to improve performance and guide decisions
- Ensuring plans are executed effectively, both online and in-store

We’re looking for someone who is commercially astute, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You’ll need strong communication and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset and a genuine passion for customers, retail and technology. National account or consumer electronics experience would be highly regarded, but equally key is your ability to build trust, create momentum and get things done.
