Position Description:
The position offered is for an Senior Manager for our Richmond Office.
Job Profile:
- Manage a broad range of taxation, accounting and financial reporting duties
- Deliver high-level compliance, tax structuring and advisory services to a portfolio of diverse clients
- Review complex Financial Statements, Tax Returns and BAS lodgements
- Lead, mentor and develop junior accounting staff
- Assist clients with ATO compliance
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Skills and experience
- CA or CPA qualification is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a Australia public practice firm
- Advance knowledge of Australia tax legislation and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic commercial advice
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Experience using Xero
- Ability to work independently and as part of Team
