This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes ownership of their responsibilities and is comfortable working across both accounts and general administration. We're looking for someone with a genuine "get in and get it done" attitude, a person who is reliable, efficient and happy to jump in and help wherever needed. Woujld suit someone from the Sutherland Shire.
Key responsibilities
- Bank and Xero reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable and debtor account management
- Following up outstanding accounts and debt collection
- Preparing and issuing customer statements
- Raising customer invoices
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Managing the Accounts incoming emails
About you
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Payabale, reconciliations or a similar accounts administration role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Experience using an inventory or stock management system
- Confidence completing bank and account reconciliations
- Experience following up outstanding customer accounts
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Clear and qualified phone and email communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
