About the Role

This is a genuine dual role — part accounts, part stock control — reporting directly to our Operations Manager and working hand-in-hand with Sales and Operations. You'll own the day-to-day finances and make sure the right gear is on the shelf when our technicians need it.

What You'll Do

On the accounts side:

- Run AR, AP, and reconciliations with confidence
- Read the play with our numbers — spot issues early and cut them off before they become problems
- Keep our reporting accurate and our books clean

On the stock side:

- Raise POs and order stock before we run short, not after
- Maintain sensible stock levels across our product range
- Receipt and reconcile incoming deliveries against orders
- Keep Sales and Ops in the loop on what's available and what's coming

About You

- Solid experience across AR, AP, and reconciliation




- A gun on Xero — this one's essential
- You interpret numbers rather than just enter them; the story behind the figures matters to you
- Proactive by nature, with a work ethic your references will rave about
- A genuine team player who communicates well and keeps the customer in mind
- Stock control or procurement experience is a big plus
- An understanding of AI tools or experience with AI-driven automation is looked upon very favourably — we're a tech company at heart, and we love people who use smart tools to work smarter
