Pain Options is a busy, highly respected Specialist Physiotherapy practice with consulting rooms in South Perth and Joondalup. As industry leaders in complex pain management, sporting injuries, and work-related pain, our clinical directors and staff are highly regarded for their expertise and PhD-level research.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated Administrator with receptionist skills.

Located in South Perth, this fast-paced Administration/Reception role requires a can-do mindset, strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly.

The position requires experience to support the delivery of effective clinical services, whilst providing a positive experience for our clients. This first point of contact role encompasses a range of administration and reception responsibilities that ensures our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You will shine with strong communication skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, multitasking, and effective time-management skills.

What we are looking for

- Proven administration and reception skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a workplace requiring multitasking
- Tech skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Workspace
- Cliniko software highly regarded




- Prior experience liaising with insurers (workers' compensation / motor vehicle claims) and private sector referrers is highly desirable.
- Allied Health experience is valued, but the right person for the team is preferred
- Australian working rights are required

This part-time position is for 30 hours per week and an immediate start is available. The successful applicant will be flexible to cover​ various shifts during our opening hours of 7:15 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, as well as occasional leave cover.
