About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Corporate Services Support Administrator to join our Perth office on a full time Monday to Friday basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in delivering excellent internal and external customer service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a qualified corporate environment.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations while assisting various teams across the business to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support across corporate services and office operations




- Manage reception duties, including inbound calls, visitor management, and front-of-house responsibilities
- Maintain records relating to company assets, IT equipment, office supplies, mobile phones, and corporate credit cards
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing comparisons, and coordinating approvals
- Liaise with building management, office contractors, and service providers as required
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and calendars
- Support project administration activities, including reporting, system updates, and document management
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organise catering, meetings, and internal events
- Assist with workplace health and safety administration
- Manage office and kitchen supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Provide general administrative assistance and support for ad-hoc business requirements

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or a similar role
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent organisational and time management skills




- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Current Police Clearance Certificate or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Have a valid Australian Drivers License
