About the Role

n





As Venue Manager, you'll play a central role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Point Cook venue. From inspiring your team to delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll bring energy, initiative, and a hands‐on approach to every aspect of the business.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

n

- Maintaining and elevating customer service standards while upholding company systems and procedures
n
- Coordinating and managing all front‐of‐house operations
n
- Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff, including performance reviews and fostering a strong team culture
n
- Creating efficient rosters in line with the Restaurant Industry Award
n
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, RSA, and workplace regulations
n
- Controlling operational costs and promoting efficient practices
n
- Implementing and supporting local area marketing initiatives
n
- Demonstrating a solid ability to meet and exceed business KPIs
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue
n
- people leadership and communication skills
n
- A passion for hospitality and a strong customer service ethic
n
- Proactive mindset with a hands‐on, solutions‐focused approach

- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
n
- Commitment to achieving outstanding results across all areas of the business

- Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
