Azooa Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead TechnologyOne Consultant to provide senior functional, technical, and advisory services across a complex local government TechnologyOne environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in leadership, governance, and hands‐on delivery across Ci, CiA, and SaaS platforms.

As a rapidly growing digital innovator supporting government, Azooa is responding to RFQs and seeking expressions of interest from TechnologyOne professionals who want to contribute to high‐impact public sector projects.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide senior functional consulting across TechnologyOne Ci, CiA, and SaaS
n
- Review, optimise, and resolve issues across existing modules
n
- Configure TechnologyOne business processes aligned to Council governance
n
- Support implementation and uplift of recent or under‐utilised modules
n
- Supply Chain Management hands‐on consulting
n
- Enterprise Budgeting hands‐on consulting
n
- Design and maintain XLOne and Crystal Reports
n
- Develop Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows
n
- Build and support ETL processes and data integrations
n
- Review and support CiA Web Services (SOAP / REST)
n
- Assist with CiA dashboards and analytics
n
- Lead FGT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
n
- Deliver key user and end‐user training
n
- Produce and maintain:n n
- Administrator guides
n
- Provide daily consulting reports aligned to Council requirements
n
- Act as the single point of contact for TechnologyOne consulting
n
- Support month‐end and year‐end financial processing
n




- Provide hyper‐care and post‐implementation stabilisation
n
- Ensure delivery meets agreed KPIs and service levels
n

n
- Coordinate specialist consultants for:n

n
- Property & Rating (Rates, NAR, Debtors, Regulatory, eProperty)
n
- Spatial Suite (IntraMaps) and FME workflows
n

n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Extensive TechnologyOne consulting experience in local government or public sector
n
- Strong hands‐on expertise across Financials, SCM, Assets, Budgeting & Performance
n
- Experience across Ci, CiA, and SaaS
n
- Proven capability in reporting, workflows, integrations, and testing
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to produce high‐quality documentation and daily reports
n
- Experience supporting TechnologyOne SaaS transitions
n
- Advisory or assurance experience on large ERP programs
n
- Exposure to P&R;, ECM, or Spatial modules (with specialist support)
n
