They're expanding their User Experience function and looking for a senior-level frontend specialist to take full ownership of critical product experiences used every day by clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Architect, build and evolve sophisticated UIs for a highly complex SaaS platform
n
- Own frontend feature areas from concept through to delivery and long-term support
n
- Work closely with product and design leaders to shape how users interact with analytical tools
n
- Influence component libraries, accessibility standards, and frontend development processes
n
- Set the tone for code quality, maintainability, and scalability across a mature React ecosystem
n
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality
n
- Mentor and support other engineers while helping define frontend technical direction
n

Desired Skills and Attributes

- Extensive experience building large-scale frontend applications in a product-focused environment
n
- Familiarity with MobX or similar state management libraries (advantageous)
n
- Sound architectural thinking across component design, state management, and performance
n
- A user-centric mindset with the ability to influence UX decisions
n
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability
n
- Skilled in code reviews, collaboration, and setting a high bar across teams
n
- Experience working on long-lived products with multi-year roadmaps and real usage at scale
