About the Opportunity

We’relooking for an enthusiasticCustomer Service Advisorto join our team atFulcrum Suspensions Capalaba.

In this role,you’ll:

Deliver outstanding customer service across the front counter, phone, and email.

Assistcustomers with product enquiries, quotations, bookings, and service recommendations.

Coordinate workshop bookings and keep customers informed throughout their service experience.

Work closely with the Store Managerand Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Support sales byidentifyingcustomer needs and recommending suitable products and services.

Help create a welcoming, professional environment for every customer who visits our store.

About You

You could be a perfect fit if you:





Havepreviousexperience in an automotive business, mechanical workshop, dealership, parts business, tyre store, 4x4 business, service centre, or a similar customer-facing setting.

Have experience in front counter customer service, service advising, retail sales, parts interpreting, or administration.

Are confident managing customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and workshop schedules.

Have a good understanding of automotive terminology, job cards, invoices, and workshop processes.

Are comfortable using point-of-sale, booking, CRM, or workshop management systems.

Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
