North Ryde RSL Community Club is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pokie Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Pokie Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued patrons in our gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our gaming machines by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assisting customers with the use of gaming machines, including providing guidance and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Maintaining a clean and well‑organised gaming area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on gaming machine performance and customer trends.
- Promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.

Skills & Experience

- Experience working in a customer‑facing role, within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of gaming machines and related equipment.
- A commitment to upholding responsible gaming practices and adhering to relevant regulations.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
