- Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm

As the first point of contact for customers at ourChinchilla branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

n

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

n

n
- Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
n
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
n
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
n
- Liaising with suppliers to support our customers
n

What you'll bring to the role

- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
n
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
n




- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can effectively prioritise competing demands, plan ahead and adapt confidently to changing circumstances.
