Wineism is a wine bar with a thoughtful menu designed to pair with our curated wine list. This BOH/Kitchen Hand role focuses on delivering fresh, high-quality dishes that complement the wine-focused menu while working closely with the Venue Chef.
You’ll assist with preparation, plating, and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen, upholding the highest food safety standards. The role is hands-on and may involve solo kitchen duties during quieter shifts or when the chef is away.
