Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
n
- Support system migrations and data centre operations.
n
- Diagnose performance, connectivity, and security issues.
n




- Administer Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AD, and M365.
n
- Assist with disaster recovery, backups, and SAN storage.
n
- Contribute to design and implementation of new technologies.
n
- Monitor systems and support application delivery tools.
n

n

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

n

n
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Windows Server, VMware, Linux, and AD.
n
- Experience with SAN, backup/recovery, Citrix, and cloud platforms.
n
- Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell.
n
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., Essential 8).
n
- Relevant certifications (MCSA/MS365, Azure, VMware, Nutanix, ITIL) highly regarded.
