Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Site Administrator to join our Port Hedland workshop team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated administrator who thrives in a quick paced industrial environment and enjoys supporting workshop operations through accurate documentation, reporting, and workforce administration.

Based at our Port Hedland workshop, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently. You will work closely with workshop supervisors, employees, and management to maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support. Essential Requirements

- Must be a current resident of Port Hedland or surrounding local area
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence

The Role

- Processing and managing employee timesheets and payroll information
- Maintaining workforce records and site documentation
- Assisting with leave management and workforce rosters
- Data entry and maintenance of company systems
- Processing purchase orders and invoices as required
- Assisting with reporting and administrative compliance requirements
- Managing correspondence, filing, and document control
- Providing general administrative support to workshop management and operational teams

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar administrative role




- Strong timesheet management and workforce administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Experience within construction, engineering, mining, or industrial environments will be highly regarded
