Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation, and commercial buildings, investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia. ADG acquired a lease for the three Northern Territory Airports — Darwin International Airport, Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport — from the Commonwealth Government in 1998.

About The Role

Darwin Airport is seeking a commercially driven Manager - Advertising & Partnerships to lead the growth and performance of its advertising, sponsorship and promotional portfolio across Darwin and Alice Springs Airports, connecting brands with one of the Northern Territory's most visible and influential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving advertising, sponsorship and partnership revenue growth

- Developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities

- Building strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, media buyers and key stakeholders

- Managing and optimising airport advertising inventory, including digital billboards, terminal advertising and activations

- Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering long-term strategic partnerships

- Identifying and launching new advertising products and revenue opportunities

- Monitoring commercial performance,



forecasting revenue and reporting on key metrics

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, sponsorship, business development or commercial partnerships
- A strong track record of achieving revenue targets and securing new business

- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills

- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A current NT Driver's Licence

Desirable

- Established Northern Territory business networks

- Experience in airport, tourism, media or advertising sectors

- Experience selling digital media, outdoor advertising or sponsorship products

- CRM and pipeline management experience
