Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for building and managing relationships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition for Core Energy Solar. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting new affiliates, onboarding and supporting them, and ensuring they understand the company’s solar offerings and promotions. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns, and providing regular updates, resources, and communication to help partners succeed.

The Affiliate

Manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader online marketing strategies and brand messaging. This role requires consistent reporting on key metrics, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all partner interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partnerships.




- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, track performance, and provide ongoing support to partners.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage affiliates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to help affiliates effectively promote solar solutions and convert leads into customers.
- Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills to understand digital channels, optimize affiliate campaigns, and interpret performance data.
- Experience with performance-based marketing programs, CRM or affiliate platforms, and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are expected.
- Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy sector and proficiency in Spanish are a plus but not required.
