Implement practical AI, automation, and IT solutions that improve business processes and reduce manual work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain AI agents, RAG/knowledge bases, prompt systems, and API integrations .
- Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation .
- Build workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make , or similar platforms.
- Provide general IT support and troubleshooting across the team.
- Build and maintain websites using AI-assisted tools .
- Assist with basic SEO and website optimization .
- Work with external vendors and technology providers when needed.
- Support different teams and business functions, not just the business owner.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation .
- Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, APIs, and automation .
- Strong general IT and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite , or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and independent working skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with an ERP system .
- Basic SEO knowledge , including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience working in a small or mid-sized business where employees handle diverse responsibilities.
