We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong Project Manager to join our team and drive the delivery of AI-first SaaS products. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of AI/technology, software development, and SaaS delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.

The Project

Manager will also be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.



This role involves coordinating with cross-functional onshore as well as offshore teams, managing internal and external client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of application development and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Technical & AI-Focused Delivery: Work closely with engineering and product teams to drive AI/technology-focused product delivery. Understand technical challenges and actively participate in solution discussions and decision-making. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment between business requirements and product capabilities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Quality Assurance:



Implement and oversee testing and QA processes to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Software Delivery, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, technology, or startup environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-first product delivery. .
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, software development, APIs, SaaS products, and technical delivery.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical and hands-on mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Delivery, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Valuable to have skills:

- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, is a plus.
- Experience as techno-functional project manager
