About The Role

Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join the team based in Richmond, NSW, providing heavy maintenance and modifications for the Royal Australian Air Force's fleet of C130J Hercules. Airbus will provide C130J type-training as part of the onboarding experience. The role operates a 4-day work week (38 hours), Monday–Thursday 6.00am–4.00pm, with overtime available.

Essential Requirements

- Cert IV in Aeroskills, DASR 66 Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence, CASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence, EASA Category B Examination Credits, or equivalent overseas trade qualification




- Understanding of relevant aircraft maintenance documentation and practices
- Valid Driver's Licence and Passport
- Capacity to satisfy pre-employment screening which may include police checks, medical, and drug and alcohol testing

Desirable
- Experience in C130J maintenance is highly desirable
- Experience in heavy maintenance
- Any military aircraft maintenance experience
