Experience Lancelin Holiday Park is looking for 3-4 fabulous humans to join our team for the season ahead – and hopefully well beyond!

We’re a busy coastal holiday park in beautiful Lancelin, and as we head towards another cracking spring/summer season, we’re looking to add a few more hands to our already fantastic team.

And when we say All Rounders, we don't necessarily mean you need to do it all.

We have opportunities across Housekeeping, Grounds & Maintenance and our onsite Coffee Van, and we're happy to build the right mix around the right people.

☕ BARISTA

Know your flat white from your long mac? We'd love to hear from you.

Our coffee van operates across weekends, public holidays and busy holiday periods, so weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

We're open to employing a dedicated casual Barista who wants regular weekend work, or this could be a fantastic combined role for someone happy to jump into Housekeeping during the week and Barista shifts on weekends.

We'd also happily consider two Baristas who can alternate weekends, particularly if one or both would like additional hours elsewhere in the park.

Previous Barista experience is highly regarded! We need someone comfortable working independently, delivering consistently great coffee and having a chat with our guests while they're at it.

? HOUSEKEEPING

Our Housekeeping team plays a huge part in the guest experience.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in presentation,



notices the little things and understands the satisfaction of signing off a cabin knowing it's ready to welcome its next guests.

You'll work across our accommodation and park facilities as part of a supportive team, but you'll also need to be comfortable working independently, managing your workload and keeping things moving on busy changeover days.

Experience is great, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are even better.

? GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE

If you're happiest outside, notice the garden bed that needs attention before anyone points it out, and aren't afraid of a bit of hands-on work, we'd like to meet you too.

We're looking for an additional person to support our Grounds team with general park presentation, gardening, mowing, pruning, maintenance and those miscellaneous jobs that are simply part of keeping a holiday park looking great.

Previous grounds, gardening, trade or general maintenance experience will be highly regarded.

THE REALLY IMPORTANT BIT...

We're looking for commitment.

Our season is ramping up now and runs right through summer and until Easter, so we're particularly interested in people who can commit to us for that period, and we'd be even happier if you wanted to stick around beyond it!





Lancelin locals - we'd particularly love to hear from you.

We're also very happy to hear from travellers and eligible visa holders with appropriate Australian work rights who are looking to settle into Lancelin for the season.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

- Casual employment with a consistent roster

- Employment under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), commencing at Level 2

- Opportunity to work across more than one department if you'd like additional hours
- A friendly, established team who genuinely care about the park and our guests

- Some fairly spectacular ocean views while you're at work
- For the right applicant, an onsite powered site may be available

We operate 7 days a week, and tourism doesn't stop for weekends or public holidays. In fact, that's when we're at our busiest! Availability across weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods will therefore be important for these roles.
