About the Role

Are you looking to kick-start your career in banking, finance or business? BOQ Group is seeking a motivated and curious Analyst (Health) to join our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane. Working alongside an experienced Relationship Executive, you'll gain hands-on exposure to commercial banking while supporting healthcare customers to achieve their business goals. You'll assist with the preparation of credit submissions for new and existing customers, complete periodic reviews, coordinate documentation and settlements, and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About You

We're open to candidates from different stages of their career journey. You may already have experience in banking, lending, credit analysis, financial services or a related field, with an understanding of financial statements, credit risk and customer relationships. Alternatively, you may be a recent graduate, completing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline, looking to launch your career in commercial banking. Regardless of your background, you'll bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and customers. You'll be naturally curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your commercial and financial expertise within a supportive and high-performing team.
