Key Responsibilities:

‍You will support the execution of debt and equity capital raisings and provide strategic advisory support to corporate clients. Responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining financial models.
- Conducting valuation, credit, and commercial analysis.
- Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda,



management presentations, and submissions.
- Supporting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion.
- Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Working closely with senior team members and clients across a range of transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Up to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Backgrounds in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance, or related advisory roles will be highly regarded, though candidates from adjacent backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with sound analytical capability.
- Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced, transaction‑focused environment.
