Arrow Transport & Logistics is a leading Australian port cartage and logistics provider with national operations and a growing technology footprint.

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support our end-users, manage infrastructure platforms and strengthen our IT environment.

n

This role is based at in Altona with hybrid working arrangements available.

n

About the Role

n

You will provide front-line IT support to users and fleet across the business while also contributing to infrastructure management, site and cybersecurity controls, vendor coordination and continuous system improvement. This is a broad, hands‐on role suited to a proactive IT professional who values variety, ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how technology supports a national logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests across the business
n
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues in a timely manner
n
- End user computing support
n
- Device management with fleet across out network
n
- Manage user accounts, access controls and permissions across Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID)
n
- Monitor system health, backups, patching schedules and update cyclesSupport cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation activities and compliance requirements
n
- Coordinate with external vendors on infrastructure services,



licensing and security tooling
n
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers and contribute to service improvement initiatives
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in a systems administration or IT support role
n
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID) and identity management
n
- Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
n
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices
n
- Device management support
n
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
n
- This is a hands‐on role where you will get involved in all aspects.
n
- Current driver licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
n
- Logistics, freight or transport industry experience (highly regarded)
n
