Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a paediatric Junior Sister to lead F3, a Day of Surgery ward and short stay unit. You will supervise staff, lead development reviews and drive service improvements in a supportive, patient‑centred environment.
You will work with MDT colleagues to ensure efficient theatre, recovery and ward operations, delivering secure care for in-patients and day patients while developing the service and staff.
