Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We are launching an exciting new Convenience Service operation in Perth and we're looking for 3 Logistics Administrators to join our foundation team at our new Jandakot facility.

n

About The Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility by acting as the key link between customers and operational teams.

n

You'll provide administrative support across warehouse, transport and customer service functions while ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Processing customer orders and operational documentation
n
- Accurate and timely data entry
n
- Supporting stock receipt and dispatch administration
n
- Purchase order reconciliation
n
- Transport and logistics administration
n
- Reviewing operational reports and identifying discrepancies
n
- Assisting with export and import documentation
n
- Ordering office and warehouse consumables
n
- Coordinating labour bookings as required
n
- Supporting revenue management activities through accurate administration
n
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
n




- Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility requirements
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience
n
- Acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
n
- A proactive approach to problem solvingConfidence working across multiple systems and priorities
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
- Experience with warehouse, transport or logistics systems will be highly regarded
n
