We're on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Front of House Manager who thrives on the service floor and knows how to keep a venue moving while managing a FOH crew of 6-8 team members.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead Floor Operations: Spend the majority of your time on the floor running shifts, driving fast service times and setting the pace during peak trade.
n
- Recruit, Hire & Train: Sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and continuously upskilling FOH staff to build a sharp, reliable and high-energy crew.
n
- POS & QR System Management: Oversee daily POS operations and QR code ordering platforms to ensure seamless service flow and fast issue resolution.
n
- Operations & Margins: Handle FOH rostering, labor control,



stock ordering and drink cost management.
n
- Bar & Cocktail Program: Bring beverage expertise to ensure our drink quality matches our food.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, FOH Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-turnover/fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong background in recruiting, onboarding and training floor staff.
n
- Tech-savvy with POS systems and other hospo softwares.
n
- A high-energy, positive leader who leads by example on the floor rather than from an office.
n
- Beverage knowledge with an eye for efficiency and consistency.
n
