What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. Your role includes:





n

Being the first point of contact for service customers

n

Explaining service needs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally

n

Keeping customers informed and comfortable throughout the process

n

Working closely with the workshop to coordinate services efficiently

n

Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day

n

What We're Looking For

n

A confident communicator with a genuine customer‐first approach

n

Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure

n

Positive attitude and solid team spirit

n

Basic computer skills

n

Valid QLD C-Class driver's licence (manual or auto)

n

Bonus If You Have

n

Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive role

n

Interest or basic knowledge of vehicles or servicing

n

Sales or upselling experience

n

Familiarity with warranty or insurance claim processes

n

No Industry Experience? No Problem.

n

If you're customer-focused, enthusiastic, and ready to learn, we'll provide full training and mentoring. Some of our best Service Advisors joined us from outside the automotive industry.
