Your Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
n
- Preparing quotes and invoices
n
- Liaising with technicians throughout the day
n
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
n
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
n
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive administration role
n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n




- Experience with workshop management software is an advantage
n
