A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

A market leading fit-out/refurb contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing business.

n

The position will be based out of the companies head office with occasional visits to site.

n

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

n

n
- Managing the subcontract process
n
- Negotiate and review subcontract tenders including preparation of tender comparison for review
n
- Prepare, check and review subcontract packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
n
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure they are adhering to environmental commitments and responsibilities
n
- Preparation of accurate payment schedules
n
- Understand and manage subcontractor contractual risk
n
- Process progress claims, delay claims and external variations according to contractual obligations
n

n

Qualifications and Requirements:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or similar
n
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post graduate experience with a fit-out and refurb company
n
- Strong financial analysis and administrative focus
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
