JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Returns Team Member to execute timely and productive returns of faulty and damaged bulky goods at the Home Delivery Centre, supporting minimised customer risk and financial loss.

You will manage escalated returns, work with stores and HDC teams to deliver a positive customer experience, and assist with product collections and system transactions. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and attention to process quality.
