About the Job

- Own and lead the end-to-end design function, guiding Product and Engineering teams through discovery, research, prototyping, design execution and delivery.
n
- Work at the intersection of UX, product strategy and AI innovation.
n
- Influence product direction through customer insights, experimentation and rapid validation.
n
- Design intuitive experiences for data-rich workflows and AI-powered features.
n
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and PMs in a highly collaborative environment.
n

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing and discovery sessions to uncover meaningful insights.
n
- Use AI-assisted tools and rapid prototyping techniques to validate ideas before development begins.
n
- Design and refine end-to-end user experiences across complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
n
- Help define how AI-powered capabilities are introduced into the product, ensuring trust, transparency and usability.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 7+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX Research roles within digital products or SaaS environments.
n
- Strong experience leading customer research and translating insights into product decisions.
n
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and information-rich experiences.
n
- Experience using AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools as part of your workflow.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
n
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture.
n
- Experience working on B2B products, enterprise software, analytics platforms, or workflow-driven applications is highly regarded.
