The Opportunity:
Join Gold Fields' Community Relations team and help manage stakeholder relationships, social risks and community engagement across our exploration and operational portfolio.
The role has a strong focus on fostering meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners and local communities through native title relationship management, agreement compliance, and strategic social investment initiatives that deliver lasting community benefits.
This permanent opportunity is being offered on an 8/6 roster and is available on a residential basis in the Goldfields Region (Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, or Coolgardie) or FIFO from Perth.
Up to six months' free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with native title and community stakeholders
- Coordinate engagement and consultation activities
- Support cultural heritage work across operations and projects
- Ensure compliance with native title and heritage agreements
- Work with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals
- Help align social performance practices with global standards (ICMM, UNDRIP, UNGPs)
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, native title, and cultural heritage management, ideally within mining/resources
- Robust knowledge of legislation and global standards
- Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate stakeholder dialogue
- Tertiary qualification in social performance, community development or related fields (desirable)
- Current manual driver's licence
