Overview

The role focuses on HR Operations - Payroll Terminations experience within the APAC region, supporting payroll processes and related controls.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide end-to-end payroll support in AU, including terminations processes and quality checks of payroll files.
n
- Demonstrate strong regulatory understanding and payroll compliance.
n
- Manage payroll processing using SuccessFactors EC/ECP tools, including redundancy calculations and handling high-volume scenarios.
n
- Assess payroll risks and implement potential mitigations/controls.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Core AU end-to-end payroll experience (5+ years),



preferably within financial institutions such as banks.
n
- Strong understanding of exits, redundancy processes, and quality checks of payroll data.
n
- Experience with SuccessFactors EC/ECP and redundancy calculations.
n
- Ability to work in a high-volume payroll workplace with focus on accuracy and compliance.
n
- Preference for candidates with local AU residency.
