The Mission

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Magic Hire's next phase of explosive growth as we scale from startup to market leader in the AI recruitment space. You will drive our mission to transform how companies find, evaluate, and hire top talent through breakthrough AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

- Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic vision and business plan
- Lead product roadmap and AI innovation strategy
- Establish Magic Hire as the premier AI recruitment platform in the Middle East

Fundraising & Growth

- Lead Series A and subsequent funding rounds with international VCs
- Scale revenue from current base to $10M+ ARR within 24 months
- Build strategic partnerships with major enterprises and recruitment agencies

Product & AI Leadership

- Drive AI-first product development and technology innovation
- Oversee product-market fit optimization and feature development
- Ensure cutting-edge AI capabilities remain competitive advantage

Go-to-Market Excellence

- Build and execute comprehensive GTM strategy for Middle East expansion
- Establish market leadership position in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and regional markets
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies

Team Building & Culture

- Recruit and lead world-class executive team
- Build high-performance engineering, sales, and customer success teams




- Establish company culture focused on innovation and results

Financial & Operational Leadership

- Manage P&L; responsibility and financial planning
- Implement scalable operational processes and systems
- Drive profitability while maintaining rapid growth trajectory

Corporate Governance

- Report to board of directors and manage investor relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all operating markets
- Lead strategic M&A; opportunities and partnerships

Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Represent Magic Hire at industry events and conferences
- Drive thought leadership in AI recruitment space

Required Qualifications

- Proven Leadership: 8+ years as Founder, CEO, or GM with demonstrated success scaling startups
- SaaS Expertise: Track record scaling SaaS companies from 0→1→$10M+ ARR
- AI/Tech Background: Deep understanding of AI-first product development and technology leadership
- Middle East Experience: Experience building and scaling businesses in UAE/GCC markets
- Fundraising Success: Proven ability to raise capital from tier-1 VCs and institutional investors
- Board Ready: Experience working with boards, investors, and stakeholders
- Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
