Third Wave is opening a flagship venue in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. We’re seeking an Assistant Manager Front of House to lead day-to-day FOH operations, coach the team in real time, and maintain exceptional standards across opening night and ongoing service.
You’ll manage rosters, training, bookings, guest feedback, and ensure compliance with RSA, licensing and health and safety. Availability across evenings and weekends is required; experience with TapTouch or OpenTable is a bonus.
