Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident, supportive nurse who enjoys mentoring others and being hands‐on in a busy, well‐respected clinic.

About the Role – concerns re the responsibilities
n
n
- Support our nursing team, including mentoring and training nurses
n
- Provide clinical veterinary nursing care at a senior/advanced level
n
- Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
n
- Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily nursing operations and workflows
n
- Be hands‐on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the clinic
n
n
About You
n
n
- Certificate IV or higher relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) (as required) with minimum 2 years experience
n
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
n
- Solid clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
n
- A positive, team‐focused leader who leads by example
n
- Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
n
