Pacific Smiles Dental is opening a brand‐new centre in Rouse Hill this October, and we are looking for Dental Assistants – full‐time or casual – to join our founding team. Candidates will complete a structured paid training program at one of our established centres before opening, supported by an experienced training team and our NSW Clinical Lead Dentist.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards
n
- Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock
n
- Supporting patients throughout their visit to create a positive experience
n
- Assisting with reception duties and appointment management when required
n
- Working collaboratively to help establish a positive, high‐performing team culture from opening day
n

About You

- Previous Dental Assistant experience (essential)
n
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
n
- A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n




- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends if required

Additional requirements: To work in Dental in Queensland, you must hold a Blue Card for paid employment (at no cost to you).
