What We're Looking For

- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and within a cooperative team
n
n
Your Day-to-Day
n
n
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
n
- Arrange repairs and maintenance
n
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Induct recent renters and liaise with clients
n
- Handle general property management and admin tasks
n
- Customer-focused with a confident phone manner
n
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
n
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
n
- Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Career-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
