The Opportunity
Cooper Hardiman is proud to be partnering with Bade Ness Rural - a strong, locally owned agricultural business with a well-earned reputation for looking after its community. Established in 2010, Bade Ness Rural has grown into a trusted name for farmers across Warrnambool and the Great South West - known for genuine advice, strong relationships, and a team who go the extra mile.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to welcome another Animal Health Specialist to their team - a role built around relationships, not retail counters. This is a field-based position, working directly with farmers on-farm and across South-West Victoria, backed by their Warrnambool office.
Why Bade Ness Rural
Since 2010, Bade Ness Rural has been a trusted name in the farming communities of Warrnambool and the Great South West. As a locally owned business and proud member of the national CRT Network, they offer the best of both worlds - strong local relationships and hands-on service, backed by the buying power and support of one of Australia's leading agribusiness networks.
It's a close-knit, passionate team who believe in doing right by their customers and each other. Join them and you'll get:
- The support of an experienced, knowledgeable team who genuinely have each other's backs
- The autonomy of a field-based role - real variety, real relationships, real impact
- A business that invests in its people, supporting your ongoing training and development, and opportunities to stay connected through industry events and expos.
- The chance to be part of a company with deep roots and a strong reputation in the local farming community
About You You're someone who thrives on relationships - you listen, you follow through, and farmers trust your word. You might already work in animal health, or you might be a farmer yourself looking for a current chapter where your on-the-ground experience becomes your biggest asset.
You'll bring
- Genuine industry experience, whether that's from farming, agriculture, or animal health (retail experience is not required)
- A track record of building strong relationships, or the natural ability to do so
- The drive to grow business through service, not just sales targets - if you've got sales experience, even better
- A current driver's licence, ready to get out and about across South-West Victoria
- Initiative, honesty, and a genuine care for getting it right for your customers
If you have the experience and passion for improving livestock health and supporting farmers, we would love to hear from you. How to Apply and Further Information
