What you’ll do

- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop & adhere to strong Quality Practices and testing strategies
- Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
- Execute and manage automated test suites across various real devices and OS versions using cloud platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs.
- Conduct targeted manual testing for complex user journeys, current features, and edge cases that automation cannot easily cover.
- Design, create, execute, analyze,



manual and automated tests for Progression and regression within the sprint.
- Support production deployment of applications and perform “Sanity” checks. Contributing towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to create and define a test approach for any given context
- Ability to produce high value test artifacts
- Participate in all agile ceremonies.

What you’ll bring
- QA Leadership &
- Strategy: Proven track record in driving QA practices, test automation strategies, and engaging QA teams within Agile/Lean delivery environments.
- Test Automation &
- Engineering: Extensive hands-on experience building modern web, mobile, and API automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, Espresso, XCUITest).
- Quality &
- Performance Optimization: Skilled in early defect detection across the SDLC, reducing regression cycle times through automation, and executing performance testing with JMeter.
- Problem-Solving &
- Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, methodical problem solver who remains calm under pressure and contributes directly to team process improvements.
- Core Development &
- Databases: Strong programming fundamentals in at least one key language (JavaScript, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or HTML5/CSS3) alongside MS SQL Server proficiency.
- Testing Scope:



Deep expertise in component, integration, and full system testing, including dedicated accessibility testing.
- DevOps &
- Security: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, DevOps automation, and a strong foundational understanding of web security (OWASP Top 10).
