We're recruiting for an experience d Applications Team Lead er to lead a high-performing team responsible for supporting and enhancing a portfolio of enterprise applications across a large and complex organisatio n.

This is far more than a traditional IT support role. You'll become the trusted advisor between business operations, technology teams and software vendors, ensuring critical applications continue to evolve and deliver real business val ue.

About the**

RoleReporting to the Applications Manager, you'll lead a team of experie nced Applications Specia lists while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day management of your application portf olio.

This is a ge nuine 50/50 leadership and operationa l role. Approximately half of your time will be focused on coaching, mentoring and developing your team, with the remaining time spent partnering with business stakeholders, managing vendors, overseeing application improvements and supporting operational activ ities.
