Your new role

This is a busy and varied administration role supporting the National Hand Hygiene Initiative. You will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, assisting with project coordination, committee administration, customer support activities, online systems management, procurement tasks, and general program support. This role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities while delivering excellent service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to projects, programs and committees
- Supporting online systems, databases and learning management systems
- Assisting with helpdesk enquiries and shared mailboxes
- Liaising with service providers and stakeholders
- Supporting procurement, contract management and invoice processing
- Maintaining records and documentation
- Assisting with reporting and data analysis
- Working closely with internal teams to support program objectives

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will bring solid administration experience,



excellent organisation skills and a customer-focused approach.

You will ideally have:

- Experience supporting online systems, databases or learning management systems
- Experience working within a helpdesk or customer support environment
- Strong administrative and corporate support skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Knowledge of government processes or experience within a government environment will be highly regarded
- Experience in healthcare or health-related environments will be advantageous
