WA Treeworks is a well-established arboricultural and tree services company based in Perth, specialising in large and technical tree work for residential and commercial clients. We've built a strong reputation across the metro area for doing the job properly — backed by a genuine team culture and a real focus on developing our people's skills, whatever level they're starting from.

What you'll be doing

- Climbing, pruning, and removal work carried out to a high standard
- Rigging, rope handling, and ground support as part of the crew
- Running machinery (loader, excavator, chipper,



etc.) where you're licensed or experienced to
- Driving to and from job sites and handling loading/unloading, if you hold the right licence
- Keeping the worksite clean, organised, and safe
- Backing up the lead climber and pulling your weight as part of the team

What we're after

- Genuine hands-on experience as an arborist — climbing, ground work, or both
- A truck licence (MR/HR or above) and machinery experience is a robust plus
- Someone who runs an efficient, tidy worksite and doesn't need chasing
- A team player who keeps the job moving
- Someone looking for a proper crew, not just another job

Where it can go This isn't a dead-end role. There's real scope to build your machinery ticket, take on more responsibility on bigger jobs, and move into a senior or leadership position as we grow.

Pay

Competitive, based on experience — with room to earn above industry standard if you perform.
