ABOUT THE POSITION.

Take the next step in your professional journey with the Sydney studio of a leading national multidisciplinary practice, known for their diverse portfolio and innovative design. They are currently on the lookout for a Architect who is experienced in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects through to construction. Be responsible for mentoring juniors, ensuring design standards are upheld, and project deadlines are met.

DUTIES.

- Lead multi-residential projects from Concept Design through to completion
- Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
- Strong competency in Revit construction documentation
- Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects
