Are you an experienced Architect looking to take genuine ownership of beautifully designed, high-end residential projects? We’re working with a highly regarded, design-led architecture studio in Sydney that is looking for an Architect to join its close-knit team.
This is an opportunity to work on career-defining residential projects from design development through to construction, within a supportive studio where quality, collaboration and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in delivering a portfolio of high-end residential projects, working closely with clients, consultants, builders and the internal design team.
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, with particular responsibility for documentation, coordination and construction-phase delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-end residential projects from design development through to completion
- Producing and overseeing high-quality Revit documentation
- Coordinating consultants and resolving technical issues
- Managing project delivery, timelines and documentation
- Working closely with clients, builders and project stakeholders
- Providing construction-phase services and attending regular site meetings
- Taking ownership of projects and contributing to design and delivery decisions
About You We’re looking for an Architect with approximately 5 years’ experience who is confident taking responsibility for projects and enjoys being involved in the detail. You’ll ideally have:
- Solid experience within an Australian architectural practice
- A proven background in high-end residential architecture
- Advanced Revit skills
- Strong construction documentation capabilities
- Experience through the construction phase, including site involvement
- Excellent consultant and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery
