About the opportunity

Based in Kwinana, WA, Altrad is seeking an experienced Asset Supervisor to join our Operations team on a 5:2 Monday to Friday roster. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Central Operations, this role is responsible for the effective management, compliance, maintenance, utilisation, and reporting of Altrad’s Plant, Equipment, and Fleet assets. You will play a key role in ensuring assets are safe, compliant, available, and maintained to meet operational requirements while supporting continuous improvement across asset management systems and processes.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and transport providers, you will contribute to the safe and effective delivery of operational outcomes while upholding Altrad’s values of Courage, Respect, Humility, Solidarity, and Conviviality.

In this role, you will:

- Promote and uphold Altrad’s HSEQ culture, ensuring Plant, Equipment, and Fleet operations meet all company, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and coordinate labour, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule.

- Plan and coordinate asset activities to maximise asset availability, utilisation, and operational efficiency.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and stocktakes to ensure asset compliance and accurate records.

- Manage the utilisation, maintenance, quality, and compliance of Altrad’s Plant, Equipment, and Fleet assets.

- Maintain accurate asset records and fleet registers within Align Technologies and other relevant systems.

- Coordinate asset movements, including transfers, acquisitions, disposals, and interbranch/intercompany movements.





- Liaise with maintenance contractors, transport providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are available and delivered as required.

- Support the management of asset-related non-conformances, insurance claims, and corrective actions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management systems, processes, and reporting.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to employees to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient work practices.

- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational and asset management outcomes.

About you

You are a proactive and safety-focused leader with strong organisational skills and a practical understanding of asset management, plant operations, and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in industrial services, workshop, asset, or plant operations environment.

- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and plant and equipment compliance requirements.

- Experience coordinating operational activities, labour resources, or asset-related workflows.

- Sound knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Proficient computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience using asset management systems or maintenance management software is highly regarded.

- Relevant trade qualification and/or high-risk licences (desirable).

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability,
