About The Role

n

n
- Maintain and prepare Group financial reporting, including consolidated P&L; and Balance Sheet reports, management packs and executive reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of underlying reporting models and data.
n
- Prepare accruals, journals and other month end adjustments to support accurate financial reporting.
n
- Analyse regional, departmental and Group financial performance against forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities.
n
- Support the forecasting process through consolidation of global inputs and preparation of operating expense forecasts.
n
- Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to provide analysis, insights and support informed decision‐making.
n
- Drive cost management initiatives through analysis of operational expenditure and identification of efficiency opportunities.
n




- Leverage systems, automation and data analytics to improve reporting, enhance insights and reduce manual processes.
n
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insights to support senior leadership and strategic decision‐making.
n

About You

n

n
- Degree/qualification in a relevant field i.e. Finance, Accounting
n
- CA or CPA part qualified or intention to complete
n
- Proven success in similar Finance / Business Partner activities
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non‐finance stakeholders.
n
- Experience in working to deadlines and providing timely, accurate & useful reporting
n
- A proactive problem solver who thrives on continuous improvement, automation and delivering meaningful business insights.
